Fingers crossed. It's certainly better than the usual 'our engineers are looking in to it' repsonse and it's encouraging to see a post that suggests something is actually happening.
Time will tell. Fast aproaching the 'are the ***tards going to do it again and make me loose my drones' time of day.
Thanks for the OP tho

Making a sticky 'problems with tiscali' topic is a great idea.
There have been many threads about tiscali, some direct and some where people are asking if the eve servers are down because they are not aware that there is a problem with tiscali. Having a tiscali problems sticky topic would keep all complaints/enquiries in one place. (I haven't checked on known issues and workarounds so forgive me if there is a sticky there)
Also, it would be bad publicity for tiscali until they sort the problem out. And if there is one thing that spurs companies in to action, it's bad publicity.

Lost connection again at 1530 today. Looks like their fix broke.

Edited by: Sister Libertina on 09/12/2007 16:38:21 FIX FOR TISCALI PROBLEM.
1. Call customer services on their 10p/min phone line before 6pm 2. Hold for a while so they can squeze a bit more money from you. 3. Request your MAC. 4. Move to another ISP.
THIS REALLY WORKS.
